This information is provided pursuant to Rule IVB of the affiliate transaction rules adopted by the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) in its Decision 97-12-088. Southern California Gas Company will make this information available for public inspection at its corporate headquarters in Los Angeles at reasonable times consistent with ongoing business responsibilities, subject to the same terms and conditions of release applied to Southern California Gas Company's affiliate.
